Do you get involved?

Your agreement with the salesman as to how much is your commission that is a matter between you and the agent.

We do not get involve.

Please note that there is no set fee by law. Everything is negotiable.

However, we get the most complaint that the agent does not make it clear as:

1. The meaning of advertising cost. Make sure you are clear on this and how much it will cost you.
2. Often there is no mention as to the commission as whether it is inclusive or exclusive of GST. The dispute, later on, the agent said that there is another 10% for GST

Prevention is better than a dispute or a complaint.

The complaint department is handled by the Department of Fair Trading, NSW. Please contact them if you have any issues.
