Our prohibited conveyancing categories are listed below:
- Anything that is illegal
- You are currently living outside of Australia
- Buying under a family trust
- Private sale to a family member
- Properties outside NSW
- Selling with insufficient money to pay-out the mortgage
- Buying with more than $10,000 rebate
- Settlement that takes more than 100 days
- Properties with now sewerage diagram
- Minors: vendors or purchaser under 18 years of age
- Nominee purchase
- Deceased estate
- Caveats on title
- Properties with water access license (for farming)
- Leasehold properties
- Selling or buying under Power of Attorneys
- Selling privately
- Buying from a private sale
- Self Managed Super Fund Transfers
- Going through a divorce
- Sending money to a bank account outside of Australia
- Off the plan sale or purchase
- Units with no strata managing agents (for a group of 10 or more units)
- Non- Citizen or Permanent holder of Australia
- New Citizens living outside of Australia, must be able to able to have your identity verified at an Australia Post Office
- Old system title
- Retirement Village
- Option: sale or purchase
- Time sharing: buy or sell
- Creative or unusual Special Conditions
- Listing (appointing more than one agent ) with more than one agent
